  • I went there with a free wash and wax coupon given to me by a friend. They refused the card claiming that it could only be used on one Car. So they proceeded to try to sell me a $300 Wash, Detail and buff job. I couldn't believe that any wash and detail could possible worth $300 and let them know that. They continued to tell me how much better the service they provided would be. I finally agreed to $150 for a wash, wax, and detail. Then they came back after they had the keys and said they couldn't do the interior for $150 and that would be an $50. At this point I was so sick of being sold by the pushy salesmen that I agreed to the extra $50 knowing we had already decided on the $150. Next, they told me 1 hour and it would be ready 2 and half hours later. I got the same detail that I've paid my neighbor's son $80 for. Bottom line they Over Promise and Under deliver.
