  • STAY AWAY!! These crooks will scam, upsell, and swindle the HELL out of you! They bait you with a sweet quote, but when the goon squad movers show up, THEY tack on a thousand more bucks. And why not, because when moving day arrives, it's too late to back out and get a different moving co. If you have any stairs at your new place, they'll only go up 12 of them and charge you 75bucks each additional STEP! They destroyed my $400 dry bar&wine rack, sent me to a 3rd party insurance co, who made me wait "60-100days"pending investigation, and offered me 42 DOLLARS FOR THE DAMAGE. Now I have to sign this "release and settlement of claim" form, get it NOTARIZED, mail it BACK to the insurance co., who will THEN mail it to the movers, who will then allegedly mail out my check for 42 punk ass dollars. This is beyond a slap in the face. As far as packing fees, they pack any and everything just so that they can charge you for packing and labor. If you don't watch these crooks like a hawk while packing they will pack any and everything they can. I had actually purchased my own bubble wrapping for my standing floor mirror, but They REpackaged what I'd already packaged and ,believe it or not, they actually boxed and packaged my leftover BUBBLE WRAPPING! No lie! It doesn't get any more heinous than this company. By all means, stay away. Stay FAR away!!
