I used their online order and pick up at the store option. Horrible is the word. I tried to save time with this option, but that wasn't the case. It took over two hours for someone to pull my item and take it across the store. When I was checking out, I noticed the seal tape on my chrome book box was open. The cashier at the order pickup desk looked in the box and said all is good. When I got home I opened the box and it seemed to have someting missing, so I took it back up to the store and after much inexperience by the customer service clerk a manager was called over and said nothing was missing, that chrome books don't come with a manual. Since I was giving this as a gift I would have rather given it with a manual instead if the quick start Guide. The gift receipt that I requested online when I placed the order was not provided at the original time of pick up and I was told that another gift receipt could be printed later. Next time I buy, I'll make sure I do so with someone who knows their product and has a better support team in place. I feel like is was taken, that I paid for a new notebook, but received an open box item instead. Horrible business practice here.
