  • Horrible, Rude Service!!! Use to really like this place but not anymore! My husband and I went here the night before Thanksgiving. It was pretty dead and we could not get any cocktail service. Gambeled quite a bit but we must of been in the "no cocktail service section". We finally moved to the left of the table games, near the door to exit. Played for 30 minutes and a cocktail waitress FINALLY took our order. BUT....here is where our experience gets worse. 45 minutes go by and the same cocktail waitress walks by us yelling "cocktails" and completely ignores us, and without delivery of our drinks...I then proceed to put away her $1.00 tip. 15 more minutes go by and still NO drinks and she walks by us again smiling while my husband waves and signals for her to come to us and while looking right at us she turns her back and walks away in the opposite direction. At this point we are to furious and we decide to leave. I wish I would of have gotten her name. She was a hispanic woman in her 30's or early 40's with hair above her shoulders. What a way to ruin a holiday vacation. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK to this casino again!!! Our relatives who live in Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City are well aware of this situation and it has put a big negative on this casino for them!
