Finance manager was not helpful. He really should watch his tone and body language when working on customers offers with the salesman. The customer can sometimes hear the conversation. Jack ,the salesman, said it would take the finance manager a few hours to work up an offer and speak with the bank. Five minutes later the finance manager came and made it very clear to us that he did not want our business and told us to go to a credit union for financing or ditch the car in Mexico. He was joking but at that point nothing was funny. He didnt even talk with the bank because he gave me no options but he ran my credit. I understand its not in his or the establishments best interest to help a customer get out of a lease purchase early and refinance to purchase the car because there was not enough money involved for the time he would have spent on us. However, going above and beyond is what makes lifetime customers. My score was not terrible. I never had a problem getting a decent rate. I wanted to purchase or lease my 3rd vehicle with lexus financial but now I have reconsidered. On a positive note, the salesman Jack, was the most sincere and informative rep I have ever dealt with. We really enjoyed his company and trusted him.
