rev:text	A real treasure for Surprise! It's a complete, self-sufficient ER with 24/7 service. At all times, an ER doc, nurses, techs, radiology tech are present. They do their own blood workup, urinalysis and have rapid CT scan analysis (images sent electronically to Texas with rapid response, at least when I went on a Monday afternoon). The staff members were really welcoming, encouraging and caring; this includes everyone from the check-in to the check-out, and everyone in-between! The medical staff members were also efficient and friendly. The new facility(~July, 2016) is unlike any ER I've ever seen in San Francisco or Napa, CA (!), from where I moved 2 years ago, MUCH nicer! Dr. Kurt Mayberry, the Facility Medical Director was equally kind and, from my perspective, asked all the right questions and gave me a thorough explanation of what was going on with me, what procedures we were doing, and what to expect. He was obviously correct, since my pain and really severe urinary issues were already almost back to normal the next day (got IV antibiotics there + Rx). I was sent to an ER by my PCP and my Urologist to be sure I had not suffered a TIA or stroke, particularly since I had been very woozy with the infection. Thinking this was like my previous 8- to 10-hour experiences, I was dreading it. Totally different experience. I JUST noticed the other reviews, and some of the negative reviews are completely opposite the treatment and care I got! Like one review, this will be my "Go to" ER spot!
