  • i walked in today and walked to what looked like the to go counter. I asked the woman if I could place an order to go here. she said sighed loudly then said yes but it was going to be a looong wait. I asked how long. she sighed again and pointed to the line at the front door. I asked her again how long is long. she said 30 min. I asked her even for take out. she proceeded to explain that there is only one kitchen, not two, theres no special kitchen for take out, and that just bc I want take out doesn't mean I get to cut in front of everyone waiting. very disappointed in her communication. I would not be writing this if she would have just said, "yes, you can order take out here. it'll be about 30 minutes until your food is ready." oh, and done without the sighs and condescending tone that made me feel like she was speaking to child.
