  • I came here a few months back for a corneal abrasion and was seen by Dr. Peterson. He was very rude and unprofessional. The minute he walked in the room you can tell he had a bad attitude. As he proceeds to exam my eyes he kept on fidgeting with the phoropter asking me if he needs to Adjust it, which I said it was fine then he continues to move it again and asks me a third time if I could see and I said it's fine thanks, I'm not sure what ticked him off or if he was just having a bad day but in a snotty voice responds " Okay lady, I'm just trying to give you 5 star customer service, something I guess you've never had." He was rude and vague the remainder of my appointment which made my anxiety so much worse. The office has been calling me for months trying to get me to schedule a follow up after I told them I wasn't interested in returning. Dr Peterson your tone of voice is a bit harsh and you're not a very friendly dr, you should change that if you want to give "5 star customer service".
