  • After reading so many wonderful reviews and checking out several other pool builders, we decided to sign a contract and put down a $500 deposit with Presidential. Our sales person Roy made us feel like a burden and didn't meet one deadline he promised. We got to the point of complete frustration after Roy failed to send us our design repeatedly. I contacted his manager and we ended up pulling the plug on the whole thing after the financing wasn't what we were originally told. It took Presidential nearly a month to return our deposit and it wasn't until I threatened to call the ROC before it was returned. We ended up going to California Pools and had our design right away and the financing was exactly what we expected.
