  • This shop forgot to put the radiator cap back on my car causing it to severely overheat. When it overheated it caused severe damage to my engine. When I spoke to them about it, they basically told me to kick rocks and drag them into court if I really wanted to. They destroyed my engine and will not own up to it. What a bunch of crooks! Tom (the manager), Brett (the district manager), and John (the vice president) all accused me of trying to scam them when in reality they were the ones trying to scam me. The estimate they provided me would have charged me for the same part 3 times! CROOKS STAY AWAY.
