  • ********DO NOT GO HERE ***********I have been going to this grooming place for two and a half years always had excellent service... But I'm going to tell you today was the worst experience I've ever had I dropped my dog off at 9 a.m. ... By 1:30 I still did not hear from them so I called Groomingdales just to hear that oh no your dog has not been groomed yet. I kind of went ballistic and said what do you mean issues like let me have you talked to my manager. Manager gets on the phone and says we have been inundated with animals and I said it's not my problem I dropped my dog off at 9 a.m. one hour after you opened.. She... The 'manager' said I'll give you 10 dollars off...AND I'll have your dog done in an hour. 45 mins. I get a call from a young man saying my baby is ready and I said okay and then he calls back again to say your baby is ready I said I heard that the first time you called and he was like well you hung up on me I said no I did not went to the place of business to get my dog all I got was confrontation from the young man that was there the manager said that's why I offered you $10 off I said I'll take 50% off and she was like why don't you just take your dog in go and we'll never groom your dog again...********BE AWARE ******WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ***
