  • I get it, the airport is busy but Jessica who took my order walked away to take care of another customer who was waiting a lot longer than we did, then she comes back n looks at me like what r u still doing here. Then I said I wasn't finished coz I wanted my coffee with soy. After already paying she tells me it's an extra charge. I wished she told me after I paid. Her service sucks n her time management sucks as well. Boo for u for having her there. Is there a 0 rating?!?!
