  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Had my garage door repaired on 2/1/17 and within 4 days, it stopped working again. Took 3 calls to reach customer service, after being hung up on and the 'manager' stated that she'll have someone there the next business day between 9-5 to fix the issue again. No one showed up, no phone call that day or the next day. Tried calling again and was transferred to customer service again and went into voicemail after a few minutes waiting. Promised a callback and it never happened!
