I purchased my tickets online to see Collie Buddz. I arrived a little after 6pm only to find myself in a huge warehouse venue with hardly no one there. I tried to make the best of the experience. I asked what time Collie Buddz would be on stage as I had come just for his performance. I was told he would be in stage at 9pm. By 945pm I started to realize I had been swindled and that Collie Buddz want in fact coming. I left feeling very disappointed after buying over priced drinks and food from the Caribbean vendor, which was very tasty, so guess it was worth the 45 minute wait for rice. Needless to say I would like a complete refund of my ticket. I have attempted to contact the site only to get an error. If anyone knows how I can be refunded please let me know. I really believe Phoenix could use some serious party promoters. If I had the time and opportunity I would do it myself. Cultural events like these should be packed with the diverse people of this city. Somehow these promoters aren't connecting the dots and too many events turn out like this one. Arizona is in definite need of some real culture for its festivals. I'm completely disappointed.....AGAIN!!!!
