| - I'm in Vegas, pregnant, and starving. What do I do? Yelp of course! I just got out of watching La Reve, which by the way was amazing, but I'll save that for another review. Found this 24/7 cafe in the Venetian and said hell yeah. Waddled all the way there, got sat right away and didn't know what to order. It didn't help that their menu was so large, and we had only 5 minutes before we couldn't order off the diner menu. Our server was really friendly, and understood our time crunch so she came back to check on us immediately after getting our waters. Too bad we cracked under pressure and went for the late night menu, which had almost the same items.
My bf and I went back and forth between the chicken fettuccine or the chicken mushroom pasta. Finally, we flipped a coin and went for the fettuccine. Boy, we were not disappointed. The fettuccine was the perfect amount for two and it was not too creamy nor dry. We added cheese and crushed peppers to it as well. Sharing goes along way, so we decided to grab dessert too. We had the red velvet cake and it was so huge we couldn't even finish it. We were in heaven..... so much, I came back on our last night to eat here again!
This time we had the chicken mushroom pasta, which was alright. Not my cup of tea but still edible. We came during dinner time and got bread and butter. Then we decided skip dessert and do an appetizer this time. We got the Asian nachos, and it was so different and unique. Something we never tasted, and it was so big, I was full eating the pasta. Crispy fried wontons topped with melted cheese, grilled chickens, fried rice, green onions, and peanut and wasabi drizzled.
Service was on point both times, the waitresses always checked up on us, asked how we were doing, and never kept us waiting too long for our refills and the check!
