  • Came to the Factory Outlet Mall to buy a pair of New Balance shoes. We found the outlet store and it was very modest in size with only a basic selection. I asked a young, shy female salesperson to help us and she didn't seem to understand the difference between a running shoe, a lifestyle shoe, or a trainer. I asked for a pair of tan shoes, but she showed us a pair of gray shoes. After a few minutes, I told her we would continue looking over everything else they had, but neither of us could find exactly what we wanted in an every day work shoe. We both walked out frustrated and empty handed. We looked at several shoe stores inside the mall and found the Sketchers Outlet Store. They not only had 3 times the selection, they were friendly and knowlegable. After being loyal to New Balance for 15 years, we are now converts to Sketchers. Sorry N.B.
