  • I HATE to do this but I have been going to US Nails through all the owners and staff for the 7 years I have ben in Arizona. Up until Brooke went on maternity leave I have been HAPPY with this place how ever she went on leave and the proverbial POO hit the fan. I go EVERY 2 WEEKS maybe 2.5 weeks for the last 7 years some times just me and my 14 year old and some time with my 19 yr ol occasionally my mom my brother or one of 4 others go with me and I have never gotten out for under 140.00 now after that much money I would expect to get a little special treatment but it is a business so totally understand that I can't always been seen NOW if they are busy. BUT Holly who is the owner over the last 2 months has gotten very bad. I go there and she did a pedicure and when I got home I noticed a HUGE cut on my heal and several cuts on EACH hand, now I go back in 2 weeks to only have more cuts on my hands and to be told no she did not have time to do the design that I had wanted so she had her daughter who is like 11-12 or my design (which was ok as she is still learning) then final straw I went in 3 weeks a go at 4:05 pm told her I need to be out by 6pm so I needed my fill and pedicure to be done at the same time and she started doing my fill and another lady did my pedicure. Holly then started my nails and several times went to get others started and then at 615 had some one else finish me and I left with no design or even polish and she still charged me FULL price to sit and wait until she had time to help me. am now looking for a new place which is very sad as I can't deal with change at all
