  • Currently in the process of applying to Atkins Circle and was told by Priscilla that my wife, who is prior-service would be getting some sort of discount due to her service. Once we got back to the office, Priscilla told us that only one of us had to apply and that it wasn't necessary if we both did but also my wife didn't get anything waived because she's not 'active'. She also didn't give us our IDs back after our tour and they were closed when we went back to get them. Priscilla emailed us the next day and said that my wife would indeed need to apply, not just one of us, so again with the back and forth. I received my rental report in my email last night which includes criminal details for someone who IS NOT ME and all of that persons information associated with their wrong doings. I have never in my life applied to a place to rent and immediately regretted it the way I feel about applying for Atkins Circle. When we were there touring, one of the residents was off looking for her dog that she had lost and if you take a peak at their Facebook page, more often than not the leasing staffs part time job is to collect people's animals and hope that their owners check their Facebook. What. A. Joke. I will NOT be living at Atkins and I hope people drive the parking lot a time or two before wasting their money to apply like I did.
