I ordered some booklets from Overnight Prints yesterday before their published cut-off time for delivery today. This morning, the status still shows "in production"; live chat confirmed that they've not been shipped, won't be here today. I asked to cancel: apparently not possible because customer service is in a different state to production. I've still not got a firm delivery date; I have a vague promise to "compensate the shipping" after the order's delivered. Which, from other reviews on here, will either not happen or be like pulling teeth.
Simple bait and switch: offer something you can't deliver at an attractive price, then refuse to cancel orders when the customer complains.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
