  • I honestly can't say enough good things about AZ Auto Air. Steve and his staff are simply the best! I brought my car in because I was having A/C issues. They took the time to really dig in and find the problem. Then, Steve took time to sit down with me and fully explain what the problem was and the best way to fix it while answering my questions. The point that I realized he was a straight forward guy was when he told me that the issue wasn't as bad as what another shop told me. He wasn't trying to oversell me on stuff that I didn't need just to make more money. AZ Auto Air is a refreshing change from other mechanic shops out there. It has a real family-run feel to it where you know that they are going right by you. While I was waiting for my car -- in their very nice waiting room -- I ended up speaking to one of their other customers. The gentleman said that he had been a customer of theirs for nearly 25 years and they have always done right by him. Talk about amazing! This place has earned a new long-term customer in me!!!
