| - Just moved into this complex and my boyfriend and I are SO HAPPY! Besides the beautiful view, and beautiful new apartment the people who work here are AMAZING! SERIOUSLY! Chellie helped us get set up and she was very patient and friendly with us, cracked jokes, put up with us being young and having a BUNCH of silly questions, couldnt ask for a nicer person! We've been in contact since January and out of all the places we've been to (nearly every apartment complex in Henderson) Chellie has been the only person to keep in contact with us, and remember us. Robin is the mananger and she's also very nice! On moving day everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We bought all new furniture, tables, couches, bar stools, mattress, bed frame, dresser, nightstands, litterally everything new and of course at 8AM we get a phone call that the R.C Willey guys were on their way to deliever everything and would be there shortly. We hadnt signed our lease yet, we werent even there yet! (miro opens at 9:00) I figured we were completely out a luck, panicing! I set our furniture to be brought from 11:00-2PM and of course it's 8:00AM and I didnt know what to do. We stalled the guys for an hour and at 9 i called Miro and told Chellie what was going on to see if she could open our door at Miro and I would just meet them there and handle everything then sign the lease. (Longshot!) But I was blessed by the kindness of Chellie and Robin! They allowed me and the furniture guys access. (What a blessing!) Poor Chellie and Robin I probably looked and sounded out of my mind haha! They did NOT have to do that for me at all and it wasnt there problem what so ever but they did! Then walking in to my new beautiful apartment I was greeted by two maintenance guys that were very nice too! We went over everything in the apartment, and Jim explained and dumbed a lot of things down to me, I'm 21 and even though I've lived with my boyfriend in our old complex for 2 years we were never told a lot of things by our old complex and I thought it was really nice he was so friendly and when he saw I was confused with something he explained it in a new way. He wanted everything to be perfect for us and has already proven he really cares about everyone in the complex. The other maintenance guy is really nice too, he checked up on us when we were on the patio the next day to make sure everything was going good and we were okay. (I feel awful his name isnt coming to mind right now!) Even the people who live here are nice! I was walking my dog and have already met a few people who have been really nice and helpful! I am just amazed by how this experience has been so great after living in an Ovation property and dealing with managers who dont care, maintenance that doesnt ever come, and the front desk receptionists being rude this is a complete change that me and my boyfriend really needed in our lives. All the positivity surrounding this new place has really given us hope and we are very excited and blessed to be apart of this wonderful community! I am SO thankful!
Sidenote: If you're reading these reviews on yelp they're all about staff that no longer works here. I saw one from September and all the people mentioned no longer work there so take those reviews lightly. Everyone is awesome!
