We need to remember a few things here:
1. This is not a strip buffet, don't go expecting a strip buffet
2. It's not priced like a strip buffet don't expect a strip buffet
3. Don't complain about the lack of vegetarian options when you show up on STEAK NIGHT
4. Don't complain about the quality of steak when you are paying 15.49 a person.
Fremont's buffet is great. We tend to go on steak night to get our fill for about 35 bucks with tip. Where are you going to find a decent steak you don't have to cook yourself for that price? You're not. They have good roast beef too. There's a little for everyone, but their selection is low in terms of variety, that's why I recommend going when it's a specials night that you'll enjoy. It's old decor reminds me of what Vegas used to be like and reminds me that not everything downtown is changing.
We loved the guy manning the grill on Wednesday. His sense of humor was great and he knows how to turn a not so great cut of meat into a good steak.
