  • We doing our backyard..went to moon valley in chandler for some much needed greenery. Great experience with the sales guy. He was super helpful and answered all our questions. We spend about two hours picking out the plants and about $400. We were planting our own, bought all of the "moon dust", "moon mulch" everything we needed. Along with insurance from our sales guy that if we had any issues and the plants died we could return them without a hassel. "No problem". Once home we watered as instructed and left in the pots until we were ready to plant. 1 week!!! All of the plants are alive and well but 6 of the 8 lantana we bought. They died before they could even be planted. 2 of the plants are still alive and well. We were told we could return "no problem". Ha! First the lady on the phone was very accusing that we purposely killed the 6 lantana. Not intentionally killing plants we paid for and want....showed up with the 6 plants and was greeted by a less than friendly sales girl who immediately took our receipt and talked to manager. We over heard " as a one time courtesy". So much for "no problem". Again we were accused of purposely killing the 6 plants. Rude, not helpful and acted like she was doing us a favor. When we asked for our sales guy we were told "i am one of the managers and i will be making the decision here". What horrible customer experience!!! Time to find a better place to supply our backyard with plants!
