  • This place is garbage!!!! Came in as a novice bike rider looking to get a bike for commuting to school. Was looking at a brand new bike that was listed at 350 and expressed a large interest in the bike. I also looked through the used bikes in front of the shop for a good deal. I found a used bike for 125 that I liked as well. The sales dude basically said nothing to help me when picking between the two or really any specifics on either bike at all. So I eventually decided on the cheaper used bike even though I was clearly ready to purchase the much more expensive new bike(sales 101???). Rode the bike out of the shop and the next day the pedal and gears broke, which they reluctantly fixed. Long story short I eventually found out that the used bike I bought was 90 bucks new at Walmart!!! So not only did they not help me to make an educated decision on a new bike(that I probably would still have and love) they completely ripped me off like some shady used car dealership. Worst sales experience ever!! Stay far away!!! Edit: after reading more reviews it appears they do this often! You are better off with craigslist or the much better bike shop 2 blocks down.
