  • Bad customer service. I bought a dinette set that came with 4 chairs and a bench. They gave me a used floor bench. Been waiting almost a week for my bench. They said they put a work order in a week ago now they called and told me I need to bring the used bench back so they can send it to the manufacturer and get a new one. Doesn't sound right. Been trying to talk to the supervisor. He's never available. Sounds like they giving me a used one being fixed under warranty. Do not shop here
