| - Been a tenant for almost a year. Crappy maintenance and landscape maintenance. Watch where you step! Dog park not maintained and not deodorized. Maintenance does not show up for scheduled repairs. Garbage including liquor bottles strewn all over because they don't pick up for weeks. Dog poop on property not picked up for months. Look carefully at your actual apartment. What they promise in the models is not what you get when you move in. Crime rate very high. Anyone can get in. Day time robberies, rapes and break ins. Homeless people wash up in the pool. Car break ins, and homeless/drug people roam the unsecured parking lots. Entry gate is always either open or broken. As for appliances, well, as long as they can put a band-aid on it, it's good. Washer nearly broken, fridge has been serviced many times, went without heat for 12 days because they couldn't get part. Nice people at the office, but I don't trust them.
Danielle, in rebuttal to your response posted on 01/09/17, we never discussed any of the resolutions. You complained that your media got my post. I've requested the chemicals and schedule of cleaning for the past 6 months - you've failed to respond. Um, twice a week is not good enough to deodorize the dog park, and it's is not being cleaned on a daily basis or pet owners are not picking up. Either way I'm not able to use the dog park. My dogs have contracted hookworm and other pet owners have also. $120 vet bills and you said I "must have gotten it from somewhere else".
HOW many reairs have I had in the past year? More than 2 a month. Fridge - "just turn up the thermostat"= 3 repairs; HVAC out for 12 days and no compensation other to pay for my $110 space heaters while I used the recently repaired fireplace to heat my apt incurring $60 additional gas fees = 4 repairs; 10 months without my fireplace and still no compensation;= 6 no show appointments; hot water heater elements going out but was told to "turn up the thermostat" - no compensation.=3 repair visits... Pool pump out for months, jacuzzi not cleaned... do I need to go on?
Several attempts to enter without notice or permission. DUH, I have dogs, and can't understand why you'd enter...once while I was in my underwear cleaning up my dog & her shit when the management entered after I got home. They failed to make repairs but never did... my dog was in a crate for over 12 hours. Two more subsequent attempts. I don;t know why you or your staff refuses to comprehend.
I've personally shown you the alcohol bottle issues. For 6 month, it has continued and the worst part is - the bottles stay on property for WEEKS.
You only have 2 people to maintain the property - that's not adequate. You recently cut the red maple trees for what reason? Now the property looks like a Seigle property.
I'm so glad I'm out of here. It wouldn't be the first time this place was sued.
