  • I prefer Novant to Carolina Healthcare Systems hands down. I have had only one uncomfortable experience with Novant versus a multitude with CHS. That one experience was during a recent radiology appointment. The appointment took some turns through some confusion over whether blood tests were required beforehand. Once I got that straightened out all was well again except one incident...the PA was a great communicator but a speculum should not be inserted dry. She seemed genuinely unaware that this might present pain. Everything else was what I have come to expect from Novant. Great bedside manner!
