  • This is your neighborhood ethnic beauty salon, i.e. everyone from the neighborhood comes here .... grandpa, niece, day workers, you get my point. In my experience, very few non-Asians can cut and style Asian hair. They are just not familiar or care to be familiar with its texture. The owner, Olivia, has been in business for 20 years, and she really knows her stuff. She permed my hair for $65 ... and the length is half way down my back. You can't beat that price. And unlike the other Asian salons on Central, she takes credit cards. She's pretty much a one woman show so you'll want to make a reservation.
