| - I had this place recommended by my neighbors who's windows look INCREDIBLE, FANTASTIC, AMAZING.. HOWEVER!!!!! I called today to make an appointment. Very sweet, kind receptionist, took down my information, we laughed about the issue of why I needed a new window; and then came the news: it is their policy to have all legal homeowners at the free estimate appointment to answer all questions. I tried explaining to this vendor (again, a vendor, not my friend) that both of us wasn't going to happen; and if we both had to be there, then we shouldn't go further. She ended the call, cause it's policy. About 20 mins later, a scheduler called me, repeatedly apologizing, explaining the policy is cost effective to answer questions and assures they can do evening appointments so we both are there. I re-explained that it wasn't going to happen, nor did I feel I needed to explain my lifestyle/home life to make an appointment to have a window replaced. Replacing a window (not redesigning the house) is a no brainer decision. It needs too look like the one that's there now, just not damaged. I asked again, if they did window replacement, since they were treating this appointment as thought I was declaring my will. He did indicate they would make an exception to this policy and meet with me only; however, at the end, regardless of how amazing my neighbors windows look by this place, I won't give them my business.
