  • Very excited to go to Las Vegas. Reserved a room 3 months ago. Arrived at 2:50 pm to check in as we were advised that checkin was at 3 pm. Registration staff advisec our room wasnt ready, but would be at 5 pm. Called registration desk at 5 pm and was told room not ready and they did not know when itvwould be. We drove 7 hours today. Valet parked our car and handed our luggage to the bell staff. We wanted to change out of our traveling clothes and enjoy Las Vegas. DO NOT STAY AT THE MIRAGE!!!
