Here is the deal. I love coffee. You can stroll up he street and talk to a barista at 21st Street Coffee about an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe for like an hour. I kinda like this every now and then. But, most of the time I want good coffee minus the chain store, factory like feel of a Starbucks or Dunkin'. Nicholas Coffee has legit coffee that would make any snob happy, but also they aren't so pretentious that you can't get half and half or order a Graham Cracker flavored coffee. In other words, this place is so Pittsburgh. We Pittsburghers are real, high quality and not pretentious. By the way, you can talk to a barista here for an hour about an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe for an hour, but they would prefer you talk about something else. So Pittsburgh.
