I made a reservation for a car for Feb 21/15 and when I called about it they said none were available. In fact there were 6 more people waiting because they didn't have enough cars. I asked what they would do to help. It seems that it is a first come first served policy and notwithstanding that I reserved I need to wait in line, WHEN I GET THERE! so, let's just waste a day waiting....staff not helpful and could not suggest viable options to proceed. No thanks and never will I reserve with Enterprise again.
Ps: no cars are available at nearby locations because one hour before I need a car is too late to book it.
