  • My mortgage was transferred to Roundpoint over a year ago. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with them to get my account straighten out. It is a mess. Escrow is a MESS. They cannot even tell me what happened. Within 3 weeks, they said there was no money in Escrow and I gave them money but within 2 weeks after they return it to me. I agree with all the negative reviews on Yelp as I do not understand how this company stays in business. As a customer, I have no rights. I have spent so much time on this and get nothing in return.
