  • Do NOT give your business to this location! I was treated VERY rudely, disrespectfully & will never purchase from this location again. The manager Dana, who would not come out to talk to me face to face, could not give me the time of day to explain the situation of my problem or try to help me! After filing a complaint with corporate & called to tell them that my return could be made, Dana answered the phone. She was very rude, argumentative & condescending. She was not concerned for the pet's well being or my satisfaction as a costumer. I then called another location & the manager there was helpful & solved my problem! As a frequent customer, because I have 4 pets, I will NEVER give this location my business!!!
