  • Well what can I say. Even my favorite place can have a bad day. Arrived back in the country and planned to top it off with a nice meal at out favorite restaurant. 9:30pm I'm guessing isn't their favorite time. No receptionist, waited about 5 to 8 min. People around but no one paying attention so we figured we could sit at the bar and get service there. No luck. Went to the front to search down a menu and was confronted with a server that was kind enough to give me two. For the next 10 min with three to four servers and bartenders within 10 feet, we were totally ignored. Shocking to me, not the Brio I know. Waited a little longer and there was no attempt to acknowledge us by anyone. We stood up and slowly walked to the door and it seemed they were happy to see us go. Lack of awareness was stunning. Can't rate the food or service , we never received either. Wake up Brio you are better then that.
