  • RENTERS BEWARE!!! I have lived here for 2 years and it hasn't been the best but I have dealt with it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and even conversation. However, that's not the worst part. Recently, I went month to month because there was a possibility that my son 16 year old son was going to move back with me. I specifically asked about the notice timeframe and was told that it's 30 days. Now, today that I am giving my 30 days notice they are trying to tell me that it's 60 days notice. Then, they 2nd person I spoke with had the nerve to get curt with me. This is not how you get referrals for future residents. People will continue to move out and give my reviews because of how you treatment.
