rev:text	Pine Creek WAS my usual store-- I have been shopping here for 25+ years and it will definitely be my last trip to this place. The store in general has gone downhill over the last few years. The lack of staff has been more and more of an issue and today just sealed the deal for myself, as well as my family. I had a rather large order- $227- to be exact, with a lot of items that was taking a long time to ring through. I spent approximately 40 minutes checking out because no one would bag my items for me after I requested at least 5 times to Ed, the person apparently " in charge" of the front registers. I asked him SEVERAL times to please get someone to bag for me and he ignored me, seriously just looked at me -with a mean expression- with nothing to say- as if he were deaf. I've never had a person just look at me and be non responsive --it was bizarre. I asked him again if there was ANYONE to bag my 92 items and he simply responded with " NO" and walked off. He didn't offer a reason such as being short staffed or people are on a break, just said "no". He couldn't have been more ignorant and unprofessional to me. I would have handled this at store level but when I asked him - twice, to please get a management person for me to speak with he said the only manager on duty was "busy" and walked away, Ed was such a rude & nasty employee so suffice to say that I will not be back to this location, rather, I will go to Kuhns or Shop n Save where they are more than happy to bag my items, but will continue to get my organic chicken at Giant Eagle but only at the Pine Township location. I typically make 2-3 stops a week and generally spend about $300 a week- sometimes much more at Giant Eagle but that business will now be with another grocery chain. What a poorly run store this Pine Creek location has become. Clearly, the current management doesn't value it's loyal and long time customers.i called the customer service number to get the district managers' or corporate customer service contact info but they refused to give me any numbers so I asked for an email and again was told they can't give that out.
