  • After 2 opinions on our water heater through our Home Warranty Co. and no hot water for a week, we called Pure Plumbing after reading many good reviews. They were here the next day, determined that they could get a new one installed that day, after we had been told it would need special order, taking another 5 days. True to their word the new one was installed the same day. Although the time frame for actual installation was delayed a few hours, we were contacted periodically for an update. Everyone we spoke with during the process was professional & courteous. Who sends a hand written thank you note and follows up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied with their service??? Pure Plumbing, that's who!!! We recommend them highly.
