  • Let me start off by saying that I purchased a vehicle from the Larry H Miller jeep dealership and had a wonderful experience. It was a completely different situation when dealing with he Larry H Miller Toyota employees! I had to call 4 times before the receptionist transferred me to an actual person and not directly to a voice mail. I Finally was able to speak with a gentleman named Gary in finance. He was extremely rude and inconsiderate and unwilling to answer any of my questions. He was not helpful and became aggressive on the phone. I'm not sure why between the two dealerships I had such different experiences. But I would definitely recommend going to another location and do not deal with Gary!
