Unit was making a horrible racket and Leigh came out promptly yesterday to diagnose the problem and Darold came out today to fix it. Both were courteous and good-natured, a pleasure to be around (I generally hang around to watch repairs because I like to learn what I can about pretty much anything). Jiggs (sp?) was very pleasant on the phone and Norma in the office apparently had quite a time trying to source a part for our ancient Goettl unit but she came through in the clutch. There was no hard sell to replace the 15- to 20-year-old unit.
All in all, thanks to AHR for another good experience!
