  • Scheduled an oil change for 10am and got there 10mins early. There was no one in the office nor in the garage so I waited a little bit. 20mins passed and still no one around. So, I decided to walk around the garage and find someone. I spotted a mechanic in the back garage and told him I have an appointment for an oil change at 10. His response was, "you do?". Ummm, why would I tell you that if I didn't. When I turned around about 5 guys walked out of a room so Im not sure if they were having a meeting or just sitting around watching me through the glass window walking around looking for someone to help me. Finally, I was being helped and my car was being worked on btw I used a coupon from the paper. So after 20mins the guy called me up to the counter and asked me to pay and gave me my forms. I'm thinking okay maybe the mechanic who worked on my car will go over what they did with my car. I sat there another 10mins and the mechanic walked in and said, "Bad communication he didn't give you your keys" and walked back out. At that point I just want to get out of this place. I may be a woman but I'm not stupid. I know what comes with an oil change and I know that you should have gone over what was done with my car. I know that you guys perform a 23 point inspection on the car that you go over with the customer. After leaving, I checked my tires air pressure to see if they corrected it so that they would all be the same since that's included with my oil change. Nope! I had 38,35,33,31. Like damn, yall couldn't even fix my tire pressure or did you think because I'm a woman I would never know? I came to this place over any other place to do my oil change because Meineke is a well known company but after this visit, their service is the worse I've ever been to. I wasn't asking for a lot but to give me the service I paid for. I will NEVER do business with any meineke again!
