  • I went to purchase a used vehicle, and the price was a good one on a 2008 used Escape. That's where the good times ended. I went through the financing process, but the agreed upon financing didn't happen. They changed the terms of the loan agreement, though I did get a lower interest rate. However, no one told me about the change. I continued to make another month of payments on the car I had traded in, their process was so slow. And I had to call and go round-and-round being transferred in their phone system to get answers about the status of my financing before being asked to come in to sign new papers. The temporary tags they gave me expired before they got their paperwork done with the DMV and I drove for 2 days with the appearance of expired tags until they mailed new ones. It took six weeks for them to pay off the loan for the car I traded in, and to get my license plate in the mail. Today is the day my new loan is due. I still don't have any loan paperwork. It can be figured out, but they definitely do not have their s*** together.
