  • Awesome ice cream and nice staff! But one thing i think they need to improve on is how they roll their ice cream. I don't like is the inconsistency of how the ice cream is rolled and how it looks(only complaining because the concept of this rolled ice cream is to look cute and aesthetically pleasing) Been here twice.... The first time I came the girl who served me made it perfect! The ice cream was rolled perfectly and the ice cream was completely frozen and solid! Second time I came a different girl served me. It looked completely different. The ice cream wasn't completely frozen I think she made the layer too thick because there weren't enough rolls to fill my cup& by the time I got into my car it just looked like regular ice cream(reminder: it's still pretty cold outside) so it melted pretty fast and it didn't happen the first time. Would be a 5 star place if every employee made a legit rolled ice cream. I hope the owner/ managers start training and critiquing all their employees (not saying I want my ice cream to look the IDENTICAL every time, but it should be made in SIMILAR ways)... i guess it'll just be a hit or miss. If my ice cream turned out how it looked the second time I would honestly just go to cold stone or something...
