  • Liked going to Mark Lee when he had his own independent office. Found this location to be poorly staffed out front. Technician was very lackadaisical & impatient with my wife & me. More or less was pointed to the wall displays and was left to fend for ourselves. No reminders mailed. Ruined a pair of old glasses being tinted for sunglass use. Needless to say going elsewhere
