  • Avoid this location! Today is the 2nd time I've been here for rental since I decided to give it another try. Always only have 1 person working on weekends. First car they gave me was dirty and the car smelled like if someone was recently in it smoking, smell was so strong it made my stomach hurt and had to return it. They hardly have cars so when I returned they gave me a smaller car . When I arrived, there was people waiting and he was helping somebody and he went out to inspect the car with the person but with me he had people waiting also that he didn't want to come out to inspect it because he said it was busy. How is it that he couldn't do that when we got there at first and people were waiting he didn't do the same and helped us instead of making us wait. We were here for almost 2 hours. Bad customer service from the guy that works here, unsatisfied. This will be my last time I come here no doubt about it and same thing I suggest others that are reading this. Don't waist your time here.
