Let's just say I thought I was satisfied with this beautiful location until after 4 days later my SNS manicure started chipping (this isn't my first time so I'm fully aware of how long it should last) I called and explained the situation to a lady named "Haley or Holly" (come to find out no one works there by that name) she told me to come in and they will fix it. Once I got there they began to work on my nail....an hr later it looks worse than when I first got there. I eventually just asked the manager (who I thought was the manager) for a complementary gift card because I was very unsatisfied and explained to him how it shouldn't be like this and it shouldn't take the other tech 5 times to fix it, he began to say they didn't have time to redo it because they were about to close (needless to say I got there at 6:20pm on Thursday so they had an whole hr to redo 2 nails!!!)
After me telling him how unsatisfied I was then he offered me to come back (AGAIN) so they can completely redo the 2 nails...I can honestly say after I go back to have my nails fixed I WILL NOT BE RETURNING, I didn't like how the manager handled my situation.
And oh yea they are to expensive for the quality of work they do.
