  • Monta Ramen is delicious! I tried Monta Ramen at the SF Ramen Fest and when I came to Vegas last weekend - I just had to get another bowl! Surprisingly it tasted almost exactly the same as it did at the festival! Except the portions were a little bit bigger. I got the Spicy Tonkatsu ramen and added an extra egg for 50 cents. I would also recommend the pork belly rice bowl (just get a small its plenty enough). I came on a Friday at 11:45am - just 15 mins after they opened and they were completely full. This is not surprising since this place is super tiny. I had a party of 5 and we only waited about 15 mins, not bad of a wait at all..especially for Ramen! Please try it! The prices are also super reasonable!
