  • Zero stars. After ordering 3 major appliances online it was one disappointment after another. Install never called then a defective Dishwasher was installed and could not have a repair person till a week later to then find out that a part that is not available. Here I am 3 weeks w/o a dishwasher with a family of four. Yes 1st world problems but the CS w Home Depot one issue after another. I will NEVER shop at Home Depot and highly recommended every contract company working with them to Go to Lowes or another local company. The worst service, repair, install and return set up. Not to mention the complete disaster of phone systems to complete any task. Never shopping at Home Depot again.
