  • Stopped by to get some ice cream with my boyfriend and had the worst customer service ! The female on drive through was upset at a customer on the headset rolling her eyes at everything she did and did not even acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes. Then another male helped us since we had been standing there for a while now waiting for her while she complained and he made us our ice cream. I asked the guy what the female was making and he told me it was a sundae, she sarcastically interrupted (the conversation did not include her) and said it was not a sundae , it was ice cream that the lady (on the drive through) asked her for in a bowl with one topping. She was very sarcastic and had a terrible attitude. She rolled her eyes and ruined what was supposed to be a good experience.
