  • They charged my credit card twice for the same ticket. I called twice to complain, but they would not credit my card the $18.50. I have spent over $2,000 at this theater. By all means go to this theater, but don't be surprised when they double charge your credit card and do not expect a refund when they do. If I see another charge on my card from iPic, it will be totally fraudulent because I will never patron this theater again. Also, no reason to overspend for the exact same entertainment I can get a few blocks away for less than half the price.
